The black and white team defeated Botev Plovdiv 1-0, with Mateus Saldanja scoring the only goal in the 24th minute. New signings Leonard Ovusu and Jung Džun Goh made their first appearances for Partizan. The team led by Igor Duljaja had opportunities for a more convincing victory. In the first half, before the leading goal, Partizan had three goals disallowed for offside positions, although none of these decisions can be confidently deemed as correct officiating. In the second half, the best chance was seen in the 57th minute when Zahid hit the crossbar, but the score remained unchanged until the end of the match.
