Milojević made significant contributions to both the national team and his former club, Partizan.
As a coach, Milojević initially worked with Mega Basketball Club where he had the opportunity to train and mentor various players, including Nikola Jokić. Over the course of ten years, he helped numerous players take their careers to new heights, guiding them to make significant progress. During their last conversation, Darko, a close friend of Milojević, mentioned that the late coach had a dream of becoming the head coach of the Serbian national team. They discussed his plans and aspirations, highlighting his dedication and ambition to contribute to the sport on a larger scale. Unfortunately, Milojević’s dream was cut short by his sudden passing.
It is worth noting that Milojević fell ill while dining at a restaurant in Salt Lake City with the Golden State Warriors, the team he was associated with at the time.
