England’s matches against BiH and Iceland before the European Championship

The English national football team will play friendly matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland as part of their preparations for this year’s European Championship in Germany, British media reported. The team led by Gareth Southgate will face Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 3 at St James’ Park, and four days later will take on Iceland at Wembley in their last match before the EURO. This will be England’s first match against Bosnia and Herzegovina and the first match in Newcastle since 2005.

England’s first match at the European Championship will be on June 16 against Serbia, and Group C also includes Denmark and Slovenia. The European Championship in Germany will take place from June 14 to July 14.
