Bonucci withdraws from legal action against Juventus

“Bonucci has dropped the lawsuit against Juventus, which in turn has accepted this decision that definitively closes the dispute,” Juventus stated in a public statement. Juventus also added that withdrawing from the dispute does not carry any financial consequences, and that “both parties are satisfied” with this decision.

Bonucci criticized Juventus, for whom he played from 2010 to 2017 and from 2018 to 2023, because in July last year he announced that he no longer counted on him, a decision that he made a year earlier. “I have decided to resort to legal action against Juventus after reading and hearing so many falsehoods coming from the club and the coach,” Bonucci stated in September.

Bonucci also said that “hearing something like this after more than 500 matches played for Juventus is humiliating.”
